Who You AreYou will perform as a member of the Global Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist, Senior team.
What You Will Be Doing- Communicating material risks and issues to a diverse suite of internal and external customers.
- Driving system accuracy and resolving gaps to enable total system health.
- Mitigation actions to increase material supportability to our customers.
- Primary interface for SCM responsible for Production and Sustainment Part Number Risk Process and enterprise action plans, Sale Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Plan for Every Gap Initiative, Production Shortage Reduction and EOY Aircraft Support, and Sustainment Backlog Burndown efforts.
- Work cross-functionally and across all levels of employees to develop solutions and enable performance.

Security ClearanceRequires US Citizenship and an active US Government Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university.
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills, JIRA, Tableau.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to interface and interact with all levels of the organization including executives.
- Desire to help implement and lead change.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously.
- Subject Matter Expert in Procurement, Shortage mitigation, Demand lifecycle, MRP.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints.
