As Buyer & Planner, you are responsible for translating demand into an efficient and balanced purchasing and inventory plan. You safeguard product availability, healthy margins, and optimal stock levels, while actively responding to developments within the supply chain. Through close collaboration with suppliers, logistics, sales, and product development, you contribute to a stable, predictable, and commercially effective supply chain.

• Coordinating and managing Purchase Orders, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery agreements.
• Actively maintaining and strengthening relationships with suppliers.
• Safeguarding healthy purchase margins and optimizing purchasing conditions.
• Monitoring and adjusting production and delivery schedules to ensure continuity.
• Translating external developments into impact on landed costs and purchasing strategy.
• Identifying risks and proactively anticipating disruptions within the supply chain.

• Coordinating and managing the demand plan on a daily basis.
• Translating demand into timely and well-founded purchasing decisions.
• Ensuring healthy inventory levels across the full collection.
• Maintaining high inventory accuracy and identifying deviations.
• Collaborating with sales within the S&O process to respond to deviations in forecast expectations.
• Aligning with logistics on container planning and inbound flows to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
