AboutThe Role
We're looking for a Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to support end-to-end inventory planning for a key segment of the North America business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time—balancing demand, supply, and inventory health to drive business performance.
You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners across planning, merchandising, supply chain, and global teams to align on strategies and execute against key inventory goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.
What You'll Do- Manage end-to-end supply and inventory planning for a designated business segment
- Execute weekly/bi‑weekly purchasing of finished goods to support demand
- Monitor inventory health and optimize supply strategies based on performance and forecasts
- Create and manage purchase orders, adjusting supply parameters as needed
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key metrics and identify risks/opportunities
- Partner cross‑functionally to align on inventory targets, delivery timelines, and business priorities
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues, escalating when necessary
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy
- 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or demand planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into action
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus)
- Experience with planning tools or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven ability to manage data, reporting, and forecasting processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable (someone who thrives in a fast‑learning environment)
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or a fast‑paced product-driven environment
- Prior experience working with global supply chain or manufacturing partners
