Senior Director Supply Chain Planning IBP – Hybrid is a remote position.

As a Sr. Director, IBP you’ll be part of our Industrial team and responsible for:

• Establish and develop the IBP & Supply Chain Planning leadership team and sub‑functions of SIOP, Network Planning and CoEs, driving end‑to‑end metrics.
• Maintain focus on long‑term planning to ensure forecast accuracy for capacity levels and drive short‑term execution to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure an effective cadence of reviews, deploy standard reports, and apply an analytical approach to problem solving with corrective and preventative actions.
• Run, approve, and escalates scenarios using planning tools to maintain sales and profit targets.
• Provide a coherent consensus plan for all locations covering demand, supply & inventory as the leading input for the financial forecast, communicating assumptions and performance variances.
• Champion change to ensure adoption of the IBP process, training and developing sales, finance, and global supply chain functions.
• Build strong relationships with technology teams to develop automation and enhancements supporting the IBP & Supply Chain Planning process.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the IBP & Supply Chain Planning process to identify and execute continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications and experience:

• 10+ years senior management experience in a multinational, dynamic industry leader in a comparable role.
• 5+ years people‑leader experience.
• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Record of accomplishment in developing and executing end‑to‑end planning functions on a global scale.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with confidence and clarity to internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Business Warehouse; SAP/IBP a plus.
• Strong cross‑functional supply chain process knowledge, continuous improvement, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel 20%-30%.
