Warehouse Coordinator

What You Will Do

• System Updates – Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Inventory Processing – Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet commercial requirements.
• Discrepancy Resolution – Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
• Stock Management – Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
• Process Improvement – Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act approach.
• Logistics Coordination – Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
• Material Handling – Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
• Inventory Monitoring – Track critical raw materials and products, notifying departments of shortages or irregularities.

• Education – High school diploma required.
• Experience – 1+ year in a materials or warehouse role; project management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
• Software – Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
• Skills – Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well‑documented solutions.
• Customer Focus – Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.

Night (11pm – 7am)
