BasicQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in Built‑to‑Print Supply Chain, Procurement, Buyer and/or Subcontract Management.
- Management experience with systems, applications and processes (SAP, P2P, PO folders).
- Advanced data analysis, problem‑solving and communication experience.
- Experience with multi‑tasking, following up and seeing assignments through to completion.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience making business‑based decisions and critical thinking.
- Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR and other acquisition policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, drawings, manufacturing processes, etc., for build‑to‑print parts.
- Demonstrated performance being proactive, customer service oriented, engaged with team, collaborative and accountable.
- Demonstrated communication to interface with various levels of an organization.
- Presentation skills and demonstrated ability to address complex matters quickly.
- Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier development and building relationships.
- Excellent team player, ability to coach, train and review others’ work, experience peer‑reviewing.

Fort Worth, TX.
Part‑time remote telework:
The selected employee will work part of the week remotely and part of the week at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
