Seeking a full-time Manager, Supply Chain Advisory, this remote position will manage customer engagements, provide strategic insights, and support supply chain transformation initiatives for the Discrete Manufacturing team.
Key responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering strategic insights and tailored Blue Yonder solutions to meet customer business requirements
- Participate in customer engagements and design sessions, documenting requirements and contributing to solution blueprinting activities
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to support customer adoption activities and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain advisory or solution consulting role, preferably in manufacturing
- Foundational understanding of supply chain domains such as forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management
- Strong communication skills to translate complex supply chain and technology concepts for diverse audiences
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery and measurable value
