Meet the brand!Join a growing consumer products brand that sells through Shopify, Amazon, retail partners, and nationwide fulfillment networks. We're looking for an organized, proactive operations professional who can help keep inventory, orders, and logistics running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Manage RMAs and product returns
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and logistics partners
- Monitor inbound shipments and inventory receipts
- Create and manage inbound shipments in Net Suite
- Track order fulfillment and investigate discrepancies
- Support Shopify and Amazon FBA operations
- Maintain operational reports and trackers
- Communicate with U.S.
-based teams and external partners through email, chats and phone calls - Identify process improvements and update SOPs as needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, or E‑commerce Operations
- Experience with Net Suite
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon FBA
- Experience working with 3PL providers
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
- Candidates must have:
- A Windows or macOS computer that meets modern performance standards (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Minimum 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD storage.
- A stable, hardwired Ethernet internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload (Wi‑Fi is not permitted during working hours).
- A USB or 3.5mm wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted).
- A functional HD webcam for meetings, coaching sessions, and client interactions.
- Backup internet solution required (mobile hotspot, secondary ISP, etc.)
- Backup power solution
- Ability to receive contractor payments through Wise
- Must be able to attend meetings with the camera on when requested
- Must be available to work full‑time:
Mon‑Fri 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern Time - This role requires your full attention during scheduled working hours
- No overlapping employment, freelance work, consulting, or other jobs during your scheduled shift
- Consistent attendance, responsiveness, and availability are required
