Job SummaryLeonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Supply Chain Analyst II. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility but has the option to be a hybrid schedule or a remote worker. An Analyst II on the Compliance Supplier Management (CSA) team analyzes data, develops reports and metrics, and supports automation and process improvement initiatives. The role works across multiple functions related to supplier management, workflow tools, and compliance requirements, helping ensure processes run efficiently and data is accurate.
This position supports internal teams and external partners by addressing questions related to systems, reporting, and compliance processes. The Analyst reviews and analyzes data, monitors data quality, identifies issues, and helps improve reporting, workflows, and automation.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and comfortable working with complex data. They are collaborative, proactive, and able to analyze information and clearly communicate findings. Success in this role requires strong problem‑solving skills, self‑motivation, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Job Responsibilities- Assist, develop, analyze, validate, test, modify and maintain various power‑backed reports and workbooks via data for the supply chain department, other departments, and cross divisionally
- Participate in cross system/cross divisional and/or local process improvements by utilizing programming and design fundamentals, use case scenarios, impact analysis, and system interfacing fundamentals
- Manage the supply base in Costpoint in relation to established policies, processes, and related associations in support of compliance requirements
- Develop, modify, maintain, and participate in workflow driven system resources
- Support, utilize, and maintain SharePoint in a limited capacity
- Professionally support and communicate efficiently and effectively in association to role responsibilities
- Prepare and present PowerPoint charts in association to role responsibilities
- Mentor and cross‑train DRS staff across local and multi‑site locations to foster versatility, alignment, and process/policy executory excellence
- Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in high technology, aerospace or defense
- Knowledge of supply chain management tools and procedures
- Must be flexible, detail‑oriented, a quick learner and a critical thinker
- Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and make decisions
- Data entry skills and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to excel and stay focused on project completion with minimal supervision
- Self‑motivated, dedicated, goal‑oriented individual
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact and communicate (written and verbally) with all levels (internally and externally) in a professional manner
The salary range for this position is $60,045.00/year- $78,058.00 for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to:
Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance‑based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non‑exempt employees as applicable).
