• Update and maintain motor carrier records, including safety scores, authority histories, and contract dates
• Ensure compliance with Ryan Transportation motor carrier contracts and shipper agreements
• Operate dispatch services such as McLeod and Mercury Gate
• Assist the compliance team with motor carrier setup processes
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, faxing, and copying
• Assist with high‑value load insurance for LTL and full truckload shipments
• Assist with filing and resolving cargo claims for LTL and full truckload

• Basic knowledge of the commercial transportation industry
• Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including complex functions and pivot tables
• Basic knowledge of how to read and understand a certificate of insurance
• Basic knowledge of the flow of paperwork in the lifecycle of a load: rate confirmation, bill of lading, delivery receipts, and invoices
