Revlon, a leading global beauty company, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support our production and inventory planning needs. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Oxford, NC three days per week, with remote work options for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate production, supply, and Master Production Plans to suppliers, TPMs, and operational business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (Supply Planning, Vendors, Operations, Quality, Transportation, Finance/AP, Global Procurement) to deliver SKUs on time and in full.
  • Monitor service levels and report demand/supply chain issues on the Revlon Weekly Tracker; partner with Demand Planning and Customer Logistics to resolve issues and allocations.
  • Perform short- and long-term supply/demand analysis, highlight areas of concern for the next 12 months, and compare against RCCP.
  • Develop and manage run strategy for assigned products, evaluating best service/cost alternatives and aligning system parameters.
  • Use capacity/demand ratio to determine constraints and initiate resolution steps.
  • Coordinate and execute production sourcing moves to meet corporate objectives.
  • Develop inventory targets and manage tasks to achieve corporate inventory levels on a cost and unit basis.
  • Maintain inventory at target levels while ensuring high service levels to customers.
  • Project inventory levels on a quarterly basis.
  • Monitor SLOB inventory, provide recommendations for reduction or reworking, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan and supplier committed plan; identify gaps and drive solutions.
  • Review forecast monthly with Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to identify service gaps and potential SLOB.
  • Analyze MRP data to control and verify delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Timely report KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Support the S&OP process by reviewing service levels, evaluating schedule performance, assessing inventory strategies, supply plans, and resources.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional partners throughout the product life cycle to ensure timely NPD execution, implement PIPO and discontinuation/delete management, and maintain tight inventory control.
  • Be the primary contact for inventory availability and production timing for Customer Logistics and Sales.
  • Maintain frequent contact with vendors and internal customers to identify supply risks, escalations, and alternate supply plans.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned by VP, Director, or Supply Planning Manager.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with computer‑based manufacturing systems (MRP, MPS, Manugistics, APS, SAP).
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong organization and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating and prioritizing data.
  • Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to think creatively and work outside the box.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum education:

    BA/BS or five years of related work experience.
  • Preferred:
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering.
  • Preferred:
    Experience managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements.
  • Preferred:
    Experience using ERP systems, especially advanced planning systems.
  • Preferred: APICS CPIM certification.

Base Pay
