Role Summary

Responsible for the Product Stock Equation (production plan and inventory) and ensure timely global supply for the brand they manage. Coordinate Launch Availabilities along with optimized service level and inventory objectives. Also responsible for managing Excess and Obsolete inventory targets, maintaining high accuracy for master data and executing supply chain improvement projects.

What You Will Do
  • Validate production plan parameters
  • Consolidate demand by SKU to pass onto production plant; analyze forecast variance effectively
  • Work with the factory to ensure accurate production plans, taking into account supply chain agility
  • Actively reduce inventory at the Distribution Center by improving factory lead time
  • Ensure healthy inventory level (E&O) by actively managing production plan in relation to demand fluctuations
  • Work diligently to deliver all tasks of the Monthly Planning Cycle on time
  • Build monthly analysis reports for the Brand in order to keep fundamental processes in place; improve reporting as necessary
  • Interface effectively with cross‑functional Operations, Business, and Country partners
  • Work closely with the Plant's Launch Team to effectively manage Launches (On‑Time and In‑Full quantity) and handle availability related communication with the Brand Teams
  • Meet both Saleable and Non‑saleable inventory objectives
  • Prepare and present inventory allocation scenarios to Brand Team for Launches and other Low Cover SKUs as needed
  • Influence decision making in performance improvement and resolve obstacles
  • Escalate to direct manager timely for the resolution of issues and/or determine next steps
  • Is able to present project status and other relevant content comfortably to Senior Management as needed
  • Participate in cross‑functional project teams to develop/sustain Best‑in‑Class Brand Supply Chain methodologies
  • Work on projects and additional ad‑hoc activities as needed
What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • 2‑4 years Supply Chain experience
  • SAP or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Advanced Excel skills needed
  • Level of experience required is differentiated by an individual's experience level and the complexity of the business unit
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills
Additional Benefits Information

Salary Range: $77,400 - $110,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job‑related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
