- Determine what, how much, where, and when to deploy based on demand, stocking needs, transportation capacity, and customer requirements.
- Monitor system alerts, validate accuracy, assess substitutions, and recommend corrective actions without impacting case fill or freight metrics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with plant scheduling, supply planning, transportation, and customer service.
- Manage out‑of‑stocks, critical receipts, and redeployment decisions while maintaining customer service targets.
- Improve transportation metrics (on‑time delivery, intermodal/truckload utilization) while driving cost efficiency.
- Ensure availability/fill and inventory levels meet targets.
- Recommend and support process, system, and reporting improvements; contribute cost‑saving initiatives.
- Support onboarding, special projects, and represent deployment in cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., network changes, product launches).

- SAP/ERP experience (ECC, S4, Smart Ops); experience with SharePoint preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving, decision making, and ability to work autonomously.
- Resourceful, results‑oriented, and willing to take ownership.
