Based in Lancaster, PA, the role supports Clark National Accounts in expanding the reach of Clark’s products and services through technology and innovation across multiple industries and over 500,000 products.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders, from inception to delivery. You will monitor order fulfillment issues, collaborate across departments, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Your proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset will help optimize operational efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Proactively identify delays and potential bottlenecks, using historical data and real‑time analytics.
• Implement rapid solutions to mitigate delays, reallocating resources and expediting processes as needed.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders, providing accurate lead times and alternative solutions.
• Engage empathetically, acknowledging concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Respond promptly to inquiries in the Logistics Support inbox, Outlook, and Teams channels.
• Deliver thorough, detailed responses, preemptively addressing follow‑up questions.
• Maintain an organized inbox, deleting obsolete conversations and tagging new ones.
• Manage tasks systematically, scheduling and monitoring completion to avoid omissions.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail in all tasks related to orders and communication.
• Identify and address underlying patterns and systemic issues.
• Approach problem‑solving holistically, considering broader implications and impacts.

• Monitor order fulfillment issues, proactively addressing delays and collaborating with inventory and warehouse teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, clear, friendly updates via email.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Account Management, Operations, and Purchasing to coordinate order processing.
• Use proactive problem‑solving to identify root causes and implement timely solutions for product or service issues.
• Review inventory and order reports regularly to forecast demand and recommend process optimizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve standards and operational efficiencies, including automation and process enhancements.
• Own resolution of order and shipping errors, coordinating with internal teams and implementing preventative measures.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to departmental metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Communicate effectively through speech, vision, and hearing.
• Use hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach occasionally.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not required for this entry‑level position.
