We are looking for a remote Senior Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist to drive on‑time delivery and supplier performance.
Responsibilities- Identify flow constraints and develop improvement and mitigation plans to enhance on‑time delivery from suppliers.
- Actively participate in cross‑functional supplier performance reviews and lead/co‑lead Supplier Business Reviews and Rate Readiness Reviews.
- Lead or co‑lead production meetings with suppliers and manage related projects.
- Acquire a big‑picture understanding of supplier operations and identify barriers to business goals, particularly on‑time delivery of parts.
- Drive projects to completion, including leading indicator data collection, material coverage and tracking, quality notification communication and closures, and sub‑tier management assistance.
- Communicate across leadership levels within the company and the supply base, building and maintaining relationships with partners, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, interacting with several departments and management levels.
- Lead or assist with process improvement projects using change management disciplines and project management methodology to identify and mitigate risks.
- Gather feedback and identify new improvement opportunities in partnership with Supplier Development Leaders.
- Travel up to 80% of the time within the Northeast region, including on‑site work at suppliers 80% of the time and 20% working from home.
- A college degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of mandatory delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience.
- Must reside in the Connecticut or Massachusetts area and currently be a U.S. citizen.
- Experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Ability to lead and inspire change and learn quickly.
- Strong relationship building skills with peers, partners, and cross‑functional teams.
- Positive negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Qlik/Power BI.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the Northeast region; on‑site at suppliers 80% of the time and 20% from the home office.
Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. The range reflects all experience levels and the role’s responsibilities.
