Senior Analyst, Materials/Planning

Oversee end-to-end supply plans for post‑factory hardware inventory, balancing forecasts, material availability, and network capacity to optimize flow across global secondary distribution centers. Responsibilities include maintaining planning parameters in ERP, managing order shipments and net requirement plans, and reporting to the Manager of Network Supply Planning.

• Define and plan PFEP replenishment strategy for finished goods SKUs across the global network.
• Own customer OTD, FG inventory turns, and cost performance across the SKU portfolio.
• Align PFEP strategy to ERP parameters to produce accurate net requirement signals.
• Partner with cross‑functional groups worldwide to drive improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System.
• Manage large customer base, ensuring contract and business initiative adherence.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years in planning and procurement.
• 2+ years in finished goods/network capacity planning, with experience in an MRP/MPS environment.
• Strong communication skills with global stakeholders at various levels.

• Up to 10% internal and international travel.

• S&OP process (Danaher PSI).
• Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud systems.
• Finished goods planning for medical device/biotech products.
• Leading Danaher Materials System facilitation.

Annual salary range $83,000 – $125,000. Eligible for bonus and incentive pay. Comprehensive package of paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Remote work eligibility is offered for qualifying roles.
