Phenomenex seeks a Sourcing Manager to drive cost efficiencies, boost supplier performance and mitigate supply risks across the supply chain. Based in Torrance, CA, with a remote work arrangement, this role reports to the Sr. Mgr., Strategic Sourcing and collaborates with global stakeholders.
You will lead RFI/RFP processes, negotiate with suppliers, and guide cost- and service-improvement initiatives while traveling 20–30% as needed.
