Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for creating and maintaining the demand forecast for the Austrian market
  • Control of monthly forecast and S&OP processes in close coordination with sales, marketing, and finance
  • Analysis of forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventories, and derivation of appropriate measures to optimize planning
  • Creation, development, and standardization of demand planning reports and KPIs for the DACH organization
  • Harmonization of reporting, forecasting, and planning processes within the Alpine Cluster (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Active portfolio management including monitoring of product life cycles, phase-in/phase-out processes, and bad goods management
  • Ensuring data quality and maintaining relevant master data in planning systems
  • Close cooperation with supply planning, logistics, customer service, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing product launches (NPI) from a supply chain perspective
  • Participation in regional and global supply chain projects and support in product launches

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of supply chain management, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP), or commercial operations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into concrete action recommendations
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan or comparable tools)
  • Experience with reporting and BI solutions, ideally Power BI
  • High initiative and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a liking for cross-functional collaboration
  • Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
