Act as the central link:
You will be the indispensable link between our strategic buyers, the departments, and our system landscape.

Drive digital processes:
You will actively drive the digitization of our procurement processes in the midst of our exciting transformation (ERP switch to Oracle).

Implement tactical sourcing:
You will take over the tactical sourcing for selected product groups and negotiate tenders in the small to medium volume range.

Shape modern system management:
You will actively contribute to the establishment of our new marketplace (Guided Buying) and will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimization of supplier catalogs in Oracle.

Process excellence & support:
You will act as a competent 1st-level support and key user for our internal stakeholders for all questions related to the procurement process from requirement specification to order.

Cross-functional cooperation:
You will coordinate closely with the Strategic Category Management to efficiently bundle local or tactical needs and consistently reduce maverick buying.

Education:

You have completed a degree in economics or a similar field. Alternatively, you bring a comparable qualification.

Your strengths:
You are characterized by a digital mindset and a very high system affinity. You are an absolute team player with a "hands-on" mentality, work structured and proactively, and keep a cool head even when introducing new systems.

Your profile:

You bring initial, solid professional experience in operational or tactical purchasing, ideally with contacts to professional services or FM services. Practical experience with e-procurement systems (preferably Oracle or SAP Ariba) is a strong plus, a confident and communicative demeanor characterizes you, and you have fluent German and very good English skills.
