Location: Town of Poland
Procurement Intern – UPM Business HUB Poland, Wrocław.
What you will do- Support daily procurement and supply chain operations, including purchase order and supplier‑related processes in ERP systems.
- Assist in supplier invoice verification and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
- Support raw material and supplier master data maintenance, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
- Collect, clean, and consolidate procurement and supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP systems, supplier reports, databases, and spreadsheets).
- Support the development and enhancement of analytical tools using Excel, VBA, PowerBI, and other digital solutions.
- Contribute to procurement and supply‑chain improvement projects and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, sourcing, and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
- A student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Interested in procurement and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA considered an asset.
- Familiar with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly PowerBI, considered an advantage.
- Previous internship or work experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance, or manufacturing environments considered an asset.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, well‑organized, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
