HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Demand Planner to own end-to-end demand forecasting for assigned OEMs, enabling effective supply, inventory, and financial planning across the organization. You will develop and maintain a rolling 24-month unconstrained forecast using GCM/IBP tools, lead cross-functional consensus, and support monthly close and long-term planning with clear analysis and recommendations.
Willingness to travel up to 5% and onsite work in Novi, MI are required, with remote options
