Your Role & Challenges

• As a Purchasing Assistant, you play a key role in coordinating purchasing activities, supporting supplier performance, and continuously improving procurement processes in a dynamic high-tech environment.
• You take ownership of the purchasing lifecycle, from sourcing and supplier negotiations to delivery tracking and supplier performance monitoring.
• You process and monitor purchase orders, ensuring all required technical documentation (drawings, specifications, certificates, ….) is complete and compliant.
• You coordinate closely with suppliers to track deliveries, obtain missing documentation, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• You support supplier quality activities by managing supplier-related non-conformities, returns and corrective actions.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools, including Odoo purchasing module enhancements and procedure updates.

Your Profile

• Degree in a relevant field (supply chain, logistics, economics, engineering, ….), or equivalent through experience;
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain activities within an industrial environment, including hands-on experience in supplier negotiations, with a strong appreciation for documentation accuracy and procedural compliance.
• Exposure to purchasing strategies and supplier performance management would be considered an asset.
• Fluent in French and English, and comfortable working with MS Office tools and ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Affinity for industrial and technical products, and an interest in working with technical documentation and specifications.
