Join Panduit as a Inventory Control Analyst and drive smarter, faster supply chain decisions by turning data into action! This role partners closely with business units, product management, suppliers, and global teams to plan, forecast, and optimize inventory flow across the end-to-end supply chain. By analyzing supply and demand, identifying root causes of performance gaps, and leading targeted improvement initiatives, the Inventory Control Analyst helps improve efficiency, reliability, and business results.
This role combines analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution to continuously strengthen supply chain performance worldwide.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies between applications and systems driving both short term and long term resolutions using root cause analysis and performing system updates to align inventory across multiple systems.
- Manage and analyze incoming materials, including inventory flow to a secondary warehouse delivery location.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to drive data-driven business decisions.
- Serve as a backup to the Supply Chain Planner, building cross-functional planning expertise.
- Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI skills to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Lead and support global supply chain projects, serving as both project owner and subject matter expert to advance strategic initiatives.
- Improve service levels, cost efficiency, and quality by aligning supply chain functions and maintaining key performance metrics tied to company objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Education:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. - Certification: APICS certified a plus.
- Experience:
At least 2-5 years of relevant supply chain experience. - Skills:
Advanced Excel skills. - Proficient in BI tools, specifically with database universes and report creation.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Communication:
Excellent communication and proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams and time zones.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $80,000- $100,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
