• Information‑driven analysis and organization of data to support inventory decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify needs for new initiatives and portfolio expansion.
• Assess current distribution center infrastructure and provide recommendations for business changes.
• Support divisions in space planning and capital spend decisions.
• Lead initiatives for inventory efficiency and capacity improvement.
• Collaborate with NAVCT and other groups on projects, delivering insights for AOP objectives.
• Drive the vision for storage space and develop long‑term plans (3‑5 years) to address gaps and enable growth.
• Oversee distribution center performance reporting for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Conduct capex reviews for storage capacity and development projects.

• 4+ years of experience in a retail or logistics network environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and deliver results.
• Ability to work across diverse functions and levels to extract and apply best practices.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.

• Solid logical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated group‑building and relationship skills.
• Strong partnership management with leadership.
• Appreciation of current production network and distribution center operations.
