York Solutions is hiring a Logistics Specialist in contract and onsite capacity.

Role: Logistics Specialist

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Hourly Rate: $18.00–$22.00 (DOE)

• Assist Logistics Manager in supporting communications across multiple platforms (Slack, Planner, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) for productions and internal transfers.
• Update Microsoft Planner with developments in projects and communicate to partners as needed.
• Discuss finer details of projects with partners to ensure appropriate protection and execution of requests.
• Update projects as needed to keep current on multiple platforms.
• Assist in route planning and communication between partners. Track progress of routes and communicate progress as needed to partners, Logistics Manager and delivery partners.
• Assist Logistics Manager in developing a long‑term, more cohesive all‑in‑one logistics scheduling, tracking and delivery confirmation tool.
• Assist with dissemination of materials and assets throughout the building. Track and communicate progress using multiple platforms.
• Assist with staging and organization of projects, assets and equipment.
