Supply Network Planner

Short Intro and About the JobThis role will support our 18-month capacity planning process and provide input into key monthly S&OP GPS deliverables. This role will engage with other key functions such as manufacturing, supply planning, finance, materials and demand planning to ensure we have a resilient plan to deliver the required capacity to support fill rate targets, cost targets and growth/innovation plans.
This role will conduct sourcing optimization and capacity strategy activities across the manufacturing network. Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Project, Brand, and Finance teams to develop sourcing strategies, support innovation commercialization, optimize network performance, and ensure reliable product supply while balancing capacity utilization, inventory, and cost objectives. This role will support strategic projects, network transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and support long-term business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a "hybrid" position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

Job Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain, business or related subjects- will consider work experience in lieu of 5+ years relevant experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within CPG or food industries.
- You will have experience using ERP/MRP, PBI, Excel and advanced planning systems. Experience with 09, SAP and Power BI strongly preferred.
- You preferably are certified by APICS, Certified Production Inventory Manager (CPIM) certification preferred.
