Logistics Analyst at Baires Dev
In this role, you'll manage logistics processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost-effectiveness in hardware acquisitions while leveraging data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. You'll navigate through an evolving technology landscape as you interact with most areas of our company to meet their hardware needs. This is your opportunity to build strong relationships with supply chain partners, drive cost reduction and service improvements, while ensuring a reliable and efficient hardware network across the organization.
WhatYou'll Do:
- - Process shipping requests through Jira.
- - Update SAP for inventory management.
- - Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
- - Analyze assigned inventory through SAP and Jira.
- - Create retrieval requests.
- - 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.
- - Background in roles managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
- - Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
- - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- - Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
- - Advanced proficiency in English.
- - Experience in the IT industry or tech companies.
- - Background working with global teams or distributed organizations.
- - Experience managing hardware lifecycle from procurement through shipping to retrieval.
- - 100% remote work (from anywhere).
