• Responsible for creating a stable, predictable, and well-structured supply chain that supports consistent production and reduces operational risk.
• This role leads planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory strategy. The focus is to eliminate material shortages, improve supplier performance, and build clear systems and processes that the business can rely on.
• This leader will bring discipline and clarity to a complex environment by working closely with cross-functional partners and building strong, repeatable ways of operating.

Own the performance of planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations across the business.

• Ensure materials are consistently available to support production with minimal disruptions.
• Reduce dependency on expediting by building forward‑looking plans.
• Lead a team of buyer/planners and warehouse personnel with clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote consistency and strategic focus in a high‑energy, results‑driven environment.

• Define and implement safety stock policies based on supplier risk, lead time, and part criticality.
• Eliminate imbalance between excess inventory and material shortages.
• Create visibility into inventory health and risk across the organization.
• Drive disciplined, data‑based decisions rather than reactive adjustments.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to make strategic inventory decisions.

• Lead supply planning activities and improve forecast alignment with operations.
• Partner in the design and implementation of MRP systems and tools.
• Establish clear planning routines (weekly/monthly) with defined ownership.
• Bring structure and clarity to an environment that lacks consistent planning processes.

• Implement and manage supplier scorecards (on‑time delivery, quality, responsiveness).
• Identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions with suppliers.
• Partner cross‑functionally with R&D and Supplier Quality to influence supplier decisions.
• Proactively identify supplier risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Own inbound logistics, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Improve material handling, storage accuracy, and inventory control.
• Align warehouse processes with production needs to prevent delays.
• Build simple, structured workflows that support consistency.

• Develop and standardize processes across:
• Inventory management
• Supplier performance management
• Procurement workflow
• Reduce reliance on individual knowledge by creating scalable systems.
• Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
