Medford, OR (Onsite)

$16.85–24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $19.00–$21.00/hr actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records using multiple systems, databases, and manufacturer platforms.
• Review, validate, and process inventory transactions, flooring payoffs, and related documentation.
• Manage assigned store inventories, work queues, and requests while ensuring accurate data entry.
• Research discrepancies, make necessary corrections, and verify information across multiple sources.
• Pull, create, and post invoices for new vehicle inventory while maintaining data integrity.
• Monitor inventory notices and communicate issues, unusual findings, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and support efficient inventory operations.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Advanced attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience reconciling, validating, or analyzing information across multiple sources
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
