The Datacenter Integration (DCI) Procurement team plays a critical role in enabling predictable delivery of capacity across a rapidly expanding global datacenter portfolio.
We are seeking an execution-oriented leader to serve as DCI AMERs Subregional Procurement Contract Manager, responsible for procurement and contracting execution across an assigned subregion, supporting the delivery of data center infrastructure capacity. The role owns the contracting workstream for DCI equipment, suppliers, and lessors while partnering with regional procurement, sourcing, planning, engineering, construction, cost, and legal teams to ensure commercial agreements and purchase orders are executed in alignment with project milestones.
Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating and overseeing equipment and lessor contracts, ensuring appropriate commercial terms and risk protections, managing contract execution through signature and purchase order readiness, and resolving contractual issues that could impact delivery. The Subregional Contract Manager drives contract quality and cycle-time performance, maintains strong controls and documentation, and proactively identifies opportunities to standardize and simplify contracting.
Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, contract negotiation and writing skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate with urgency in a complex, high-growth infrastructure environment.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, Houston, TX , Dallas, TX, Richmond, VA, Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work.
** Responsibilities*
* + Subregional Procurement Execution:
Manage the contracting portfolio across assigned metros/projects, prioritizing activities based on capacity milestones, equipment lead times, and business criticality.
+ Contract Development & Execution:
Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of supplier and lessor contracts, amendments, SOWs, and commercial agreements from sourcing award through signature and PO readiness.

Risk Management:
Ensure contracts accurately reflect scope, pricing, delivery commitments, payment terms, warranties, remedies, and appropriate commercial protections.
+ Supplier & Lessor Engagement:
Serve as a key commercial interface with suppliers and lessors, driving closure of contractual issues and commitments that could impact project delivery.
+ Cross-Functional Delivery:
Partner with Planning, Engineering, Cost, Legal, Sourcing, Construction, and regional stakeholders to resolve commercial and contracting issues and maintain project schedules.
+ Performance & Governance:
Manage contract pipeline, cycle time, quality, approvals, and documentation while driving performance against contract SLA, PO attainment, and quality expectations.
+ Risk & Escalation:
Proactively identify contracting and supplier risks to capacity delivery, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues requiring leadership intervention.
** Qualifications*
* Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR equivalent experience.

** 5+ years of experience
** in procurement, sourcing, commercial or contract management.
+ Demonstrated experience

+ Strong
** negotiation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills
