OLIPOP is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for Customization, a remote role managing the third-party manufacturing partners behind the brand's production. Co-packing and contract manufacturing management is a transferable skill set across the whole drinks sector.

You will own the end-to-end supply chain for contract partners, from negotiating and executing contracts through to launching new products with co-manufacturers and packaging partners. The employer notes the role may require significant travel, up to around 50 per cent.

• Support the negotiation, execution and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers, aligned to company strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for contract partners, resolving issues across production, quality, warehousing and transportation.
• Lead weekly performance reviews, use data to identify gaps and track KPIs such as order fulfilment and quality.
• Coordinate planning, execution and launch activities for new products with contract manufacturers and packaging partners.
• Apply proven methods to resolve complex operational challenges with partners.

• Five to ten years in supply chain operations, preferably consumer packaged goods, with beverage preferred.
• Strong negotiation, project management, analytical and supplier relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with beverage production systems listed as a plus.
• Comfort with Google platforms, Salesforce and similar CRM tools.
