Junior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Junior Strategic Sourcing Specialist Details:
- Contract position
- $ 30.00 to $ 32.50 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Support RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for construction, engineering, and equipment purchases.
- Analyze supplier proposals, costs, bids, and total cost of ownership.
- Assist with supplier qualification, onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Track supplier performance, procurement KPIs, savings initiatives, and project milestones.
- Partner with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management teams to resolve supplier issues.
Junior Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, engineering, construction, or project support.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, Excel, cost analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and sourcing/procurement tools preferred.
- Exposure to capital projects, manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations is a plus.
