* Job Description:

* The Demand Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the unconstrained demand forecast to support the company's SIOP process. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations to deliver a consensus forecast that drives service, inventory, and financial performance.

** AS A DEMAND PLANNER, YOU WILL:*
* + Develop statistical baseline forecasts using historical data and analytics.

+ Maintain rolling 12-24-month forecasts.

+ Manage forecast segmentation strategies (ABC, product family, channel, customer).

+ Ensure forecast accuracy and bias targets are achieved.

+ Lead the Demand Reviewportionof the monthly SIOP cycle.

+ Present risks, opportunities, and forecast changes to cross-functional leadership.

+ Support executive SIOP presentations with clear data-driven insights.

+ Drive consensus alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

+ Identifyupside/downside scenarios and model impact on revenue and capacity.

+ Ensure forecast changes are clearly communicated to Supply Planning.

** REQUIRED*
* ** EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

*
* + 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

+ Strong understanding of MRP and demand planning concepts.

+ Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Net Suite).

+ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

+ Strong understanding of SIOP processes.

+ Analytical thinking and scenario planning

+ Attention to detail with a big-picture mindset

+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

** PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

* + Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field

+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

** Onsite Work Arrangement:**   

This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
