As a Supplier & Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing our global freight procurement activities, from sourcing and negotiating rates to maintaining accurate pricing data and supporting supplier relationships. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll use data and market insights to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve procurement processes and ensure we have the right rates and capacity to support our operations.
You’ll also help strengthen our reporting and tools, using technology and AI to improve data quality, visibility and efficiency.
Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within Spain, Portugal and Poland, with remote working available within these countries

What You'll Do:
Procurement & Data Management: Process procurement activities accurately, maintain data and the RFQ tool, identify special-handling requirements, and implement process improvements and resolutions
RFQs, Rates & Cost Control: Request, analyse and negotiate freight rates across transport modes, support global RFI/RFQ processes, maintain rate cards, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Support supplier management and relationship development, maintain required documentation, and contribute to supplier meetings and Quality Business Reviews (QBRs)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Freight Bill & Audit, Pooling and Pricing teams to resolve billing queries, anticipate volume changes, provide accurate pricing information, and respond to operational requests
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Support dashboards and data visibility, analyse trends and volumes, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency and supplier performance
What You'll Bring:
2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or freight forwarding
Experience managing and negotiating freight quotations across multiple transport modes
Solid understanding of global RFQ processes, rate management, and supplier coordination
Experience creating, maintaining, and analysing transportation rate cards
Proficiency in procurement tools and systems, including RFQ platforms
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with experience supporting cost-optimisation initiatives
Strong AI knowledge how to use different platforms to create tools, dashboards and visuals which will help improving the data quality
