Coordinate, process, and manage domestic logistics related outgoing business flows for multiple DFS NA production sites and external warehouses.
Ensure reliable and timely distribution of customer orders utilizing carrier partners and coordinating across various sites.
Manage shipment creation, processing in SAP, and alignment with warehouse operations for order fulfillment.
Track shipments, communicate proactively regarding deviations, and resolve issues with carriers and internal teams.
Support development and improvement of logistics processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs and legal requirements.
Handle cycle counts for external warehouses, elevate issues, and maintain warehouse management system alignment.
Proactively communicate delays or issues impacting production or customer orders to relevant teams.
Critical InformationShift: 1st shift, 60% in office (3 days per week) Remote or on-site:

Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years minimum equivalent experience in logistics operations Experience with SAP or similar ERP system Knowledge of warehouse management systems, domestic shipping practices, and relevant disciplines such as OTC, Manufacturing, Customs
