We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.

THE

OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Process & Systems leads the design, governance, documentation, alignment, and continuous improvement of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (RFID experience highly preferred). Serving as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Chipotle's Data Insights and Analytics (DI&A) and IT organizations, this role translates business needs into clear requirements, prioritizes them through technology capacity planning, and enables scalable process, data, and systems solutions.

Working within Supply Chain leadership's strategic priorities, the Senior Manager partners across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA), Suppliers, Distribution Centers, DI&A, and IT product owners to identify inefficiencies, design future-state processes, and lead implementation, change management, and adoption of new capabilities. The role owns Supply Chain process standards, SOPs, process-map governance, master data governance, and stewardship of Supply Chain visibility tools and services, while serving as the Supply Chain lead for technology initiatives and system integrations, including Oracle enhancements, AI, RFID, and traceability solutions.

LOCATION

This hybrid position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process alignment and governance across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Food Safety, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers and establish consistent workflows, handoffs, roles, decision rights, controls, and measures.
  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain business translator and liaison with DI&A, IT, and product owners converting business needs into clear requirements, use cases, data needs, and actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Represent Supply Chain in enterprise technology intake, capacity planning, and prioritization processes; articulate business value, urgency, dependencies, risks, and resource needs so critical initiatives receive appropriate visibility and sequencing.
  • Partner with IT product owners to shape current and next-generation roadmaps for Oracle and other Supply Chain platforms, identify capability gaps, and maximize the value of existing and future solutions.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and inconsistent ways of working, facilitate current-state and future-state process design and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Own Supply Chain process documentation and standards, including SOPs, process maps, RACI models, business rules, controls, templates, and training materials; maintain governance and version control.
  • Lead Supply Chain implementation, business readiness, testing, change management, and adoption for technology capabilities affecting the function, including AI, RFID, traceability, automation, and system integrations.
  • Own the business stewardship and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain visibility platform; ensure effective data and system connectivity among suppliers, distribution centers, and Chipotle, and act as the Supply Chain technology lead for cross-system issues and enhancements.
  • Own governance of the end-to-end Supply Chain master data process, including data ownership, standards, workflows, quality measures, controls, and issue resolution; serve as the Supply Chain lead for technology projects integrating data and systems.
  • Manage day-to-day support and performance of Supply Chain applications and integrations, partnering with DI&A and IT to monitor interfaces and background jobs, resolve incidents, coordinate releases, and maintain support documentation.
  • Support the Traceability Program led by FSQA team and serve as the primary Supply Chain liaison with GS1; coordinate RFID and traceability standards, adoption, and compliance with suppliers and external partners.
