Senior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

Pay: $60-75/hour depending on experience

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid 2 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and standardize procurement and sourcing documentation, templates, and processes.
Create and maintain RFP templates, supplier evaluation tools, and scoring criteria documentation.
Support sourcing initiatives through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and procurement-related reporting.
Organize and enhance sourcing workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Track projects, maintain sourcing metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supplier selection and procurement best practices.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain functions, preferably within a large corporate environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier evaluation, and procurement best practices.
Demonstrated success improving processes, creating documentation, and implementing operational efficiencies.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus but not required.
