Service Hansel Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Porter to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you!
Pay Range Pay Scale includes Base Hourly Compensation between $18.31 and $20.00.
Responsibilities & Duties- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Direct customers to the correct department
- Offer coffee and refreshments
- Answer basic customer questions
- Safely move vehicles around the dealership
- Assist staff and customers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Strong customer service attitude
- Commitment to high customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Ability to move frequently throughout the dealership
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles
- Ability to work safety at heights and in varying weather and environmental conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy and insurer requirements
- Ability to operate safely vehicles.
