Position Summary
The Supply Chain / Procurement Intern will support sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain operations activities. This internship provides hands‑on experience working with cross-functional teams to improve processes, analyze data, support vendor relationships, and contribute to cost‑saving and operational efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier research and quote comparisons.
- Support purchase order and contract administration processes.
- Analyze spend, supplier, and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Help maintain procurement records, reports, and supplier documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support purchasing needs.
- Participate in supply chain and procurement projects focused on process improvement and cost optimization.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership review.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in procurement, sourcing, supply chain operations, and business processes.
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to corporate procurement and supply chain operations.
- Experience working with vendors and internal business partners.

- Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Preferred junior & senior level but will consider other class levels.
