Data Analyst Demand Planning; Fully Remote

• Use data and advanced analytics to improve demand planning performance and support smarter business decisions.
• Work at the intersection of analytics, forecasting, supply chain, and commercial planning within a global organization.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance-monitoring solutions for business reviews.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast deviations and translate findings into actionable improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to varied audiences.
