AE- Housekeeper - Austin, TX

A lovely family is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Housekeeper to maintain a beautiful home in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate takes great pride in their work and has a high standard for cleanliness, organization, and presentation. The family is looking for someone who notices the little things, stays on top of daily upkeep, and maintains the home to a level of cleanliness similar to a hotel.

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Occasional Saturday or Sunday availability when the family is hosting, with a weekday off in exchange
• Start ASAP

• Maintain the home to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Complete daily and detailed cleaning throughout the home, paying close attention to small details
• Keep all rooms, surfaces, and common areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained
• Perform deep cleaning and stay ahead of household upkeep
• Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to a hotel-like standard
• Handle laundry, folding, ironing, and care of household linens as needed
• Keep household items and supplies organized and notify the family when supplies need replenishing
• Assist with preparing the home for guests and maintaining the home during and after hosting
• Take initiative and proactively identify areas that need attention without waiting for direction

• Previous experience in a private home, luxury household, or high-end hospitality setting
• Flexible and comfortable adjusting the schedule when the family is hosting

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for cleanliness
• Highly organized, thorough, and proactive
• Takes pride in maintaining a consistently clean and orderly home
• Able to work independently and manage daily priorities
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of the family's privacy
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• $34–$40 per hour, depending on experience
• PTO, sick days, holidays
