Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting – Institutional Services

Your New Role As Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting – Institutional Services, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a new line of business within the Fund Administration division. This is a strategic leadership position focused on client relationship management, operational excellence, and team development. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, superior client service, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a newly created role due to business growth, with a clear and structured path to an Executive Vice President (EVP) position.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional accounting designation.
7–10 years in financial services, preferably with exposure to Fund Accounting, Product Control, or Operations.
In-depth experience with Fund of Funds structures and exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments.
Skilled in onboarding, relationship building, and managingplex client requirements.
Ability to lead presentations, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive operational improvements.
Familiarity with fund administration platforms or ability to learn quickly.
Willingness to travel to U.S. locations (Boston, New York) once or twice per quarter for 1–2 days at a time.
Work from home 3 days/week
