Assistant Project Manager - Mid Rise Residential

Are you motivated to work alongside a VP of Construction on all aspects of construction management. Are you currently an ambitious (Snr) Project Coordinator or APM feeling held back and unable to progress in your current company? If you have experience within construction project management, are ambitious, eager to learn more and be exposed to all phases of the projects we want to hear from you!

• Assist with the project delivery at all stages of construction on mainly mid-rise projects, spending time in the office and on site.
• Lead, support and evolve your skills while being coached and supported by the VP, assisting in the management of the project, as well as monitoring construction schedules and deliverables – reporting any variances to the VP.
• Grow knowledge and career; the right person can grow quickly into a Project Manager with the company.

They are looking to hire a motivated Assistant Project Manager who comes with no ego, that can embrace all tasks and learn from the best. You will be given autonomy to handle tasks.
