Rebar Project Manager - Atlanta Market - Remote

• Manage complex projects from estimating to project completion, coordinating with detailing teams and vendors
• Provide total contract management, ensuring effective coordination of detailing, scheduling, and delivery of products
• Lead the change order process and interpret plans and contract terms for team members and customers
• Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers
• Formulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling to update leadership

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Minimum 2 years of project management, commercial, detailing, customer-facing, or rebar experience
• Strong mathematical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Self-starting, positive problem solver with initiative and enthusiasm
• Experience in customer relations and resolving disputes
• Basic knowledge of contract law and standard business practices
• Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others
• Familiarity with ACI codes and CRSI standards
