WhatYou’ll Do
- Global BDR team oversight: Leading our global Business Development Representative (BDR) function across core markets.
- Strategy Development: Developing and driving strategies to achieve key metrics, including sales‑accepted leads (SALs), meetings completed, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and bookings.
- Strategic Leadership: Executing long‑term strategies to enhance the BDR function, aligning with company‑wide goals and market trends.
- Team Development: Coaching, mentoring, and running professional development programs for a high‑performing BDR team.
- Performance Management: Managing daily activities and quota performance of individual metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Campaign Strategy: Strategizing campaigns, spiffs, and approaches to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Pipeline Optimization: Architecting and refining the BDR working model to maximize pipeline impact, blending inbound and outbound prospecting.
- BDR Success Plans: Building and rolling out success plans for all BDR team members.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leaders, and Revenue Operations to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Inbound Management: Overseeing the inbound BDR function for efficient lead handling.
- Team Management: Building strategies for hiring, training, coaching, and motivating BDRs.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining productive relationships with Sales Leaders.
- Process Excellence: Designing and optimizing workflows and account assignments for effective BDR operations.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS business and sales development with a proven pipeline‑driving track record.
- Global Team Management: Demonstrated success leading international and North American BDR teams.
- Strategic Expertise: Ability to develop and execute long‑term strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Team Leadership: Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing BDR teams.
