Senior Solar Construction Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring for a Senior Solar Construction Manager for a remote position!

Our client specializes in utility scale solar projects across the Midwest ranging from 5-10 Megawatts. They are now hiring for a Senior Construction Manager to help manage projects and the construction managers under them. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $200k plus benefits like M/V/D, PTO, 401k, and more.

Duties:
-Obtain cost estimates to support sales and development efforts •
-Develop and implement achievable project work plans and schedules.
-Create consultant bid packages, analyze bids, and assist in awarding contracts. Write and negotiate contracts
-Manage engineers and contractors in support of project goals.
-Produce detailed, logic-based schedules for each project.
-Work with our Project Management Solution software, Procore.
-Create order of magnitude and contractible budgets.
-Work with many internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects have achievable scope and timeline requirements.
-Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, and Business
-Development teams to maintain continued alignment with high-level company objectives and workflows.

Qualifications:

-Ability to manage and supervisor 5+ construction managers
-5+ years of solar experience as a solar construction manager
-Ability to write and understand contracts
-Previous experience with 5-10 MW utility scale sites
