Overview

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. For this position, we’re looking for someone who can collaborate with the team in person a few times a month. We are searching for a Manager, Solution Engineering who will support the sales team with discovery calls, RFPs and post-demo activities to positively impact the sales cycles, and provide coaching and team development to assist with the achievement of both team and company OKRs.

There will be regular interaction with various internal teams ensuring overall preparedness from a Solutions perspective.

Your day to day – let s break it down!

Responsibilities
  • Application of Product Knowledge (40%) – Measure of Success:
    Win rates, Time-to-go live on new releases, completion of enablement programs.
  • Stays up-to-date with new features, bugs and configuration approaches from product, apps and professional services.
  • Works with Application Managers to craft demo scripts, build demo data and demo environments to convey value to prospects.
  • Articulates responses to customer questions and RFP functional requirements to ensure appropriate coverage and build confidence in our products/services.
  • Prepares demonstrations within Resolver products based on information provided and/or research to meet and exceed a customer’s requirements.
Demo’s and Sales Support
  • 40% – Measures of Success:
    Time to prep for demo, sales efficiency.
  • Determines key benefits for customers with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Executive Sponsors and the Product team.
  • Confidently presents Resolver products and services over the phone or in person.
  • Manages participants and stakeholders within meetings to ensure adequate time to demonstrate requirements.
  • Rehearses and practices ahead of all demonstrations.
Team Development and Management
  • 20% – Measures of Success:
    Team knowledge, ramp time for new hires, coaching and performance plans, feedback.
  • Motivates the team to exceed expectations.
  • Maintains development goals for each team member and meets with each member regularly to discuss goals.
  • Mentors and coaches the team in achieving KR’s.
  • Works with the team to advance skills and career progress.
What you will bring
  • University or College Degree (or equivalent).
  • Experience in technology field is preferred.
  • Practical experience in fields that our product support is an asset.
  • Leadership acumen with the ability to motivate teams.
