• Lead the planning and implementation of deliverables for clients across various regions and time zones.
• Utilize industry experience and customer management skills to enhance service offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Understanding of satellite and networking technologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet,
• Experience in managing complex Client IT projects in Enterprise and Software deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a regulated environment.
• Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent time management.
• Experience handling customer disputes and providing win-win solutions.
