We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for our Advertising business. You will assist the GM of the advertising business in key strategic and operational facets of the business including improving operational readiness and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include market analysis, goal-setting, resource allocation, program management, stakeholder alignment, and driving decisions.
This role requires a strong background in program management, business strategy, operations, with a blend of analytical skills and business acumen. You need the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, drive programs across teams, build relationships, and influence executives. Because our Ads team has both business and technical teams, previous experience collaborating with both product, engineering, and business stakeholders is a plus.

The US-based salary range for this position is $194,000-$287,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You’ll Do- Leading complex, cross-functional programs: Managing programs that involve multiple teams and departments from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery against operational standards.
- Manage Operations: Manage the execution of strategies, oversee workflows, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Streamlining processes: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all facets of business execution.
- Cross-functional alignment: Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Data Analysis: Structure and analyze complex problems using data to develop data-driven recommendations for business priorities and growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Align stakeholders across different departments and influence them to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strategy definition, planning, and driving execution: Define strategic themes, write plans formulated with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall execute against plans.
- 15+ years of experience in program management or management consulting and a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
