Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Delivery- Translate approved proposals and donor agreements into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure implementation aligns with donor objectives and relevant government policies
- Manage interdependencies across work streams to maintain delivery momentum
- Track progress against indicators, milestones, and budgets using structured tools and dashboards
- Support preparation of narrative and technical reports for donors and government counterparts
- Identify and address deviations from approved plans in line with donor and government requirements
- Proactively identify delivery risks, coordination gaps, and implementation bottlenecks
- Work with internal teams, partners, and government units to resolve issues and unblock delays
- Maintain risk and issue logs, escalating critical matters with clear mitigation recommendations
- Serve as a key coordination point for funders, government agencies, partners, consultants, and vendors
- Facilitate coordination meetings and technical discussions with clear agendas and follow-ups
- Support orchestration efforts by consolidating inputs and tracking action items
- Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, M&E, and communications teams to ensure compliant delivery
- Ensure proper documentation for audit readiness
- Contribute to lessons learned and internal knowledge products to strengthen future programs
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within donor-funded, international development, consulting, or philanthropic contexts
- Demonstrated experience working with international funders, bilateral or multilateral partners, foundations, or global NGOs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
